Quote of the Day: Flu is not a good thing for anyone. -- Me
Flu is going around. I have it, Edina has it, Charlini has it, Shaban has it, and those are only the ones I know about. Maybe it is some exotic African disease, but it sure acts like the good old flu from back home. All I know is that Nyquil helps me a lot--so there. We've got the ceilings in both guest houses repaired and one has been repainted. By Saturday, they will both be good as new and ready for occupancy. It is my hope that we will always be ready to accept up to sixteen guests even with no prior notice. We had eight of the pastors and evangelists from last weekend stay here but had to send four to a guest house in Bunda because of the bee problem lingering. Now, that is a thing of the past. Because we have so many flowers here, we are going to have bees. Karen is investigating (while she is still suffering from malaria) how to build a bee hive, so we can control future incursions. We'll see. The puppy is doing well and other than the folks under the weather from the flu, everybody else is doing fine. I previously wrote that four Saudi's were arrested in connection with the church bombing in Arusha, but later news is that three were from the United Arab Emirates and only one was a Saudi. I don't know how that changes things, but thought you ought to know.
