Quote of the Day: “Happiness is a warm puppy.” ― Charles M. Schulz
Hard to have a better day. The puppy continues to improve. Our paperwork was finally accepted and mailed off to Dar Es Salaam. We will hear something next year--sometime. Karen is still benefitting from the new medication. Lusi is still pregnant. We have a package of sunglasses for the albino children waiting in customs which we should get next week. Karen is painting a mural of a child's face on the wall of the new kitchen which will be a knock out. No one died today, although Neema's three-day-old niece died last Sunday, and Edina has been cooking for the orphans and students in Neema's absence. High winds tore up our thatched clothesline but repairs are under way--just waiting for some sisal plants to arrive for the frame work. Our four goats have been purchased and are waiting at Neema's until we find the two families who will receive them. God bless us, every one.
