Quote of the Day: "God isn't looking for people of great faith, but for individuals ready to follow Him" — Hudson Taylor
Boy, Alice hit the decks a running' and hasn't slowed down. She preached twice yesterday to a total of six churches and was very well received. She left here at nine am and didn't come back till dark. We talked until late and all went to bed. She was able to sleep in this morning, but worked with Karen planning the sanitation and hygiene seminars and then met this afternoon with the Baptist pastor, Motomoto, to plan the distribution of clothes to the Baptist orphans. In between, she has been helping us with medical issues, teaching me how to use the glucose meter she brought with a year's supply of strips and lancets. She was able to replace many if not most of the basic medications we use from the States as well as refilling most of our containers of hand sanitizer. What a joy to have her here. Lusi was out today because one of her sons was in the hospital with malaria--it just never seems to quit. Charlini came this afternoon and was delighted to find her friend from last year. We are all glad that Alice followed God's call to come to Tanzania. Thank you to all who helped her, especially Antwan at the Charleston airport. God bless you, sir.
