John taught in Musoma today, but the exciting news is that he found some minced (ground) beef in a store there, and we are having chili tonight! John makes the best chili and he always makes a lot. Our diet is very healthy here but a little bland and with little variety, so it is always a big day when John whips something up in the kitchen. Here, we have learned to appreciate the little things that we took for granted surrounded by so much. We love life here in all its simpleness.
