You wouldn't think that equatorial East Africa would be cold, would you? Compared to our years in Boston, it is downright balmy, but after several years here, when it gets down into the high 60's with wind, we are cold. My wife suffers from fibromyalgia and the cold makes it worse. I thought we were having global warming, but it is cold here in this part of Tanzania. Granted, that if you stand in the sun for five minutes, you will start to burn, but we tend to stay in the shade--as do the people and animals here.
